Room 313, Thursday afternoon and on

After classes, Jaina headed back up to her room and started trying to do that thing called cleaning her side of the room.

Pretty quickly, it turned into sitting on the floor, surrounded with small tins and crates, resorting all the spare parts she'd collected in preparation to take them down to the garage so she could work with them there. It was a kind of cleaning, really. Or it would be once she was done.

He looked down at his hands. "I think, I think I might accept your offer," he said after a moment. "Now now, though." Karal stood and smoothed his robes down. "For now I should try and get some sleep."

"Get lots of it," Jaina said, still looking a little worried. "You deserve it."

Karal winced, just a little - he didn't feel like he deserved much of anything, right then - but quickly covered it with a nod. "I will," he said, pausing in the doorway to say, "Take care," before heading slowly back up to his room.
