Room 313, Friday late morning

After handwavily spending some time at the salle this morning, Jaina came back to her room in order to make a call home. She'd been meaning to for the last week, but it hadn't exactly been the best time, so she'd forgive herself.

She would have rathered talk to Han, but she got her mother instead. "I was hoping we'd hear from you soon," Leia's tiny blue holographic form greeted her. "It's been a while."

"It's been busy," she said. "I know that's no excuse, but it's the only one I've got."

"I'll forgive it this time," Leia said with a little smile. "How are you?"

"Okay," Jaina told her. "Actually, I was thinking I'd come back for a visit, maybe next weekend my time. Just something low-key." No, she wasn't mentioning John yet. Mentioning him meant Han could nix it with a "And where do you think he'll be staying besides not with you."

"We'd love to have you back," said Leia. "But we won't be on Coruscant for a while."

Not a huge surprise, considering all the work her parents were doing. There were a lot of things she couldn't hear from here. It wasn't even disappointing. "Okay, where can I meet you?"

There was only the briefest of pauses. "No, you should be able to come back to your own home. You need the break," Leia insisted. "You can just use the apartment while we're gone. We'll make sure you have everything you need so you don't have to fend for yourself."

Jaina frowned, confused for a moment before it clicked. Leia hadn't told her not to meet them. That sounded a lot like code for We'll send you the coordinates. "Okay," she agreed. "I'll throw a party or two in your absence."

"I know you're joking and that's not funny."
