Room 313, Saturday afternoon

Jaina didn't tend to sleep in late, but she did today. She started out trying to convince herself that she wasn't sick, then decided that was stupid and obviously she'd just come down with whatever was going around and it wasn't a big deal. She'd just go on like normal.

Which meant she was curled up on her bed trying to go over the latest reports she'd sent for the fourth time, because the fuzzy-headedness meant she comprehended nothing from the first three times.

"Easier said than done," he remarked. "Proposals?"

"No. Though I'd be fine napping," she said honestly. "You don't have to stay."

"Then you nap," he said, thinking she probably needed it if she was going to be better like she wanted. "I'll be a good pillow so long as you don't drool on me."

"Ruin my fun," she teased, settling more comfortably against him and closing her eyes.

He hummed a little in response, because if she drooled, he would never stop mocking her.
