Between the fight with Mara and worrying about Mara, Jaina hadn't been in the mood to deal with bickering today. She'd come back to the task force office in the Temple determined to get work done. Even the boys had decided to mostly stay clear of her, and Jag, knowing how Jaina worked, made sure to give her all the information he had before checking out for the night, thus ensuring she'd be busy as long as she wanted to be.

She was sitting in front of a display, waiting for the data she'd input to come up with something she could use, and mentally cursing it every time she felt it needed to go faster. Looked like she'd used up her patience with this earlier.

"Swedish is better," Eric declared.

"Why, because you're used to it?" she asked. Meanwhile Jaina knew all of one word of it.

"Yes," Eric decided.

"Well, I'm used to mine, so..."

"But mine is better and I'm older so there," Eric declared.

"I know I like the one Swedish word I do know and could use here..." she teased.

Eric made a face at her. "Deal the cards."

She'd glance at the display again, but she was totally trying not to laugh as she did so. "I can't wait to have your money."

"Maybe I want to play for candy," Eric lied.

"I'll just take that to mean you know you're losing, so... no," she decided, finishing dealing and putting the extra cards down.

Eric pulled his cards up and frowned at them. "Okay, what am I looking at?"

"Space cards," she grinned.

"Very helpful," Eric said. He was so going to get his ass kicked, but at least he could blame the cards.
